由此可见，睡前而非早晨服用阿司匹林并不能改变高血压患者在继发性心血管预防中的24小时动态血压。

一些研究表明晚上摄入阿司匹林对健康成人具有抗高血压作用，这在心血管疾病患者中尚未得到证实，这些患者经常早上服用阿司匹林。近日，高血压领域权威杂志Journal of Hypertension上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员评估了睡眠时服用阿司匹林对已经治疗的高血压心血管疾病患者的降压效果。

这是一项多中心随机三盲安慰剂对照交叉试验，高血压患者接受阿司匹林治疗进行二级预防。受试者基线随机分配为首先进行2个月的睡前服用阿司匹林（100毫克）治疗，然后早晨服用阿司匹林，或相反。在每个治疗期的开始和结束时，进行24小时动态血压监测。该研究的主要结局指标是平均24小时血压。研究人员根据意向治疗原则进行分析。

该研究总共有225名患者被随机分组。在摄入通常的低剂量阿司匹林时，动态血压没有观察到显著差异。睡前服药时平均SBP/DBP为123.2/69.9（95％CI为121.58-124.9/68.86-76.86），早晨服药时为122.4/68.8（95％CI为120.76-124.01/67.85-69.83）（对于SBP和DBP分别有P=0.3和P=0.23）。

由此可见，睡前而非早晨服用阿司匹林并不能改变高血压患者在继发性心血管预防中的24小时动态血压。
