J Endod：2种单支锉系统在减少椭圆形根管内细菌接种效果的定量评估：一项临床研究

这篇临床随机对照研究的目的是为了体内评估Reciproc Blue (RB)和XP-endo Shaper (XP-S)在罹患原发性根尖周炎的感染椭圆形根管内的抗菌效果。

这篇临床随机对照研究的目的是为了体内评估Reciproc Blue (RB)， XP-endo Shaper (XP-S)和与XP-endo Shaper相关的XP-endo Finisher (XP-F)系统在罹患原发性根尖周炎的感染椭圆形根管内的抗菌效果。

研究将人的28颗单根单根管牙齿按照预备技术的不同随机分为2组：组1，RB (n = 14)和组2， XP-endo (XP-S and XP-F， n = 14)。单根牙齿采用往复和持续旋转镍钛器械进行预备，并辅以5.25%次氯酸钠溶液冲洗。分别在基线(S1)、机械化学预备(S2)和XP-F预备后(S3)收集根管内的样本。DNA提取物进行定量分析，通过实时定量PCR检测整个细菌的数量。采用analysis of variance检验对数据进行统计学分析，显著性水平设置为5%。

结果显示，所有样本在基线水平均检测到细菌呈阳性，并且在治疗后细菌的数量大量减少(P < .01)。结果表明，基于细菌减少的数量，RB和XP-S预备并无显著性差异(P > .05)。使用XP-F后细菌显著减少(P < .01)。

结论：XP-S和RB系统能够显著减少罹患原发性根尖周炎的椭圆形根管内的细菌负载。XP-F作为机械化学预备的辅助器械能够显著提高细菌的减少量。
