Circulation:大豆和牛奶蛋白能降压

 美国学者进行的一项随机、对照、双盲交叉试验结果显示,摄入大豆和牛奶蛋白有益于降低收缩压。该研究入选352例高血压前期或高血压1级的患者,分3阶段交叉给予大豆蛋白、牛奶蛋白和碳水化合物。结果显示,与碳水化合物相比,大豆蛋白和牛奶蛋白能显著降低收缩压2.0 mmHg和2.3 mmHg,且舒张压亦有下降(无显著差异)。研究7月18日在线发表于《循环》(Circulation)杂志。
