研究将EndoSequence (ES), EndoSequence CM (ESCM), K3, K3XF和Vortex Blue (VB) NiTi锉(size 25/.04)置于定制的具有60°弯曲和3-mm半径的人造根管内实施疲劳强度测试。共有5种基于内部弯曲部位不同的人造根管;它们的位置分别为根管口距离弯曲部位(DOC)的5, 6, 8, 10和11 mm处。将根管模型浸入37°C ± 1°C的水浴中。记录循环失败(Nf)的次数,通过SEM观察折断表面。通过示差扫描热量法检测每种品牌2只未使用的锉针。

结果显示,10 mm和11 mm DOC组中的Nf最高,而5 mm和6 mm DOC组的最低(p < 0.05)。基于弯曲的部位,ESCM的疲劳强度最高,其次为VB, K3XF, K3和ES锉(p < 0.05)。ESCM锉具有最高的Nf (p < 0.05),ES和K3锉的Nf最低(p < 0.05)。热处理锉的加热曲线上存在2个吸热峰(ESCM, K3XF, and VB)。

结论:弯曲的部位对热处理和超弹性NiTi锉的疲劳强度均具有明显的影响。锉针的疲劳使用寿命在冠端弯曲中明显变短。
