这篇研究的目的是为了评估4种通用型粘接系统通过2种不同的粘接技术与经过ER:YAG激光辐照的龋坏牙本质之间的微剪切粘接强度(micro-TBSs)。

研究将拔除的人24颗磨牙基于粘接系统的不同随机分为4组,每组再依据粘接方法的不同分为2个亚组:酸蚀和漂洗过程或自酸蚀过程。龋坏组织通过Er:YAG激光辐照去除。使用复合树脂修复粘接过的牙本质表面。25个热循环后,获取纵向切取的牙本质-复合树脂块样本进行micro-TBS测试。每组1颗牙齿通过SEM观察和分析。

结果显示,各通用型粘接剂之间的micro-TBS值存在显著性差异(p<0.001)。这个结果表明,通用型粘接剂不论是使用自酸蚀还是全酸蚀技术均可以用于经过Er:YAG激光辐照后的龋坏牙本质的粘接修复。如果激光作为去龋的首选方法,推荐使用富含MDP的树脂粘接剂应用于临床,这是由于其具有增强粘接强度的特性。
