　　2012年8月8日在线发表于《糖尿病护理》（Diabetes Care）杂志一项研究表明，对儿科住院医生实施以学习者为中心的糖尿病课程干预可有效减少住院患者糖尿病管理失误。

    为期8周的课程干预包括在线个体指导明确住院医生的糖尿病管理基础知识，交互式糖尿病途径讨论，以学习者为中心的糖尿病问答，以及具体病例分析。对干预前9个月和干预后10个月的糖尿病管理失误进行比较。

　　结果显示，课程干预前9个月的住院医生失误发生率为19.4%，干预后10个月为6.6%；提示干预之后失误出现显著减少（P=0.0007）。在研究期间，依据所占比率失误依此分布与胰岛素、沟通、静脉输液、营养和出院延迟等范畴。
