由此可见，HF的患病率有所增加，并且LV功能障碍在中国非常普遍。但是，HF患者高血压治疗和控制水平仍然很低。

心力衰竭（HF）是全球主要的健康负担。但是，在2000年之后，中国尚无全国性的关于心力衰竭的流行病学数据。最近，心血管领域权威杂志European Journal of Heart Failure上发表了一篇研究文章，该研究旨在（i）确定左心室功能障碍和（射血分数降低、中等和正常）心力衰竭的患病率。

数据来自中国高血压调查（CHS），22158名参与者符合本研究的分析要求。对于每位参与者，研究人员都获得了自我报告的HF和其他任何心血管疾病的病史。二维和多普勒超声心动图用于评估左室功能障碍。

总体而言，年龄≥35岁的中国成年人群中有1.3％（估计为1370万）的个体患有HF，1.4％的参与者患有LV收缩功能障碍（射血分数<50％），而2.7％诊断为“中度”或“严重” 左室舒张功能不全。HF的加权患病率在城市和农村居民（1.6％ vs. 1.1％，P=0.266）、男性和女性（1.4％ vs. 1.2％，P=0.632）之间是相似的。此外，在高血压HF患者中，有57.7％的个体接受降压药物治疗，有14.5％的个体将血压控制在<140/90mmHg。

由此可见，HF的患病率有所增加，并且LV功能障碍在中国非常普遍。但是，HF患者高血压治疗和控制水平仍然很低。
