封闭剂的测试是将Sealer Plus与AH Plus相比较。研究按照美国国家标准协会/美国牙科协会第57号(2000)和国际标准化组织6876(2012)的规范要求,对受试样本的阻射性、流动性、可溶性及相对固化时间进行测试。按照ASTM C266/2008标准对样本的初始固化和最终固化进行检测。分别在时间节点3, 24, 72和168小时检测pH值变化。对所得结果进行统计学检验,显著性水平设置为5%。

结果显示,Sealer Plus的阻射性低于AH Plus (P < .05);但是,其结果高于规范要求建议的最低值(ie, 3 mm Al)。Sealer Plus的相对流动性数值为19.19 mm,而AH Plus为19.81 mm (P > .05)。Sealer Plus初始固化和最终固化的时间分别为138和210分钟,而AH Plus分别为437和849分钟(P < .05)。Sealer Plus的相对可溶性为0.21%,AH Plus为0.27% (P > .05)。2种封闭剂均未显示出明显的pH值上升(P > .05)。

结论:Sealer Plus封闭剂符合美国国家标准协会/美国牙科协会第57号(2000)和国际标准化组织6876(2012)的规范要求。
