J Endod:1种全新的硅酸钙类封闭剂- Bio-C Sealer的理化特性评估

已有报道显示,硅酸钙类材料适合用作根管治疗的根管封闭剂。这篇研究的目的是为了评估1种全新的硅酸钙类封闭剂(Bio-C Sealer; Angelus, PR, Brazil)的理化特性,并与硅酸钙牙髓封闭剂(TotalFill BC Sealer; FKG Dentaire SA, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland)和环氧树脂封闭剂(AH Plus; Dentsply DeTrey, Konstanz, Germany)相比较。

固化时间和流动性按照ISO 6876的标准进行评估。材料放置于去离子水(1, 7, 14, and 21 days)中不同时间后进行pH值的检测。通过对毫米铝的X线影像分析评估材料的阻射性。在去离子水中放置30天后评估材料的溶解度和体积变化。溶解度通过物质流失进行计量(%),体积变化通过micro-CT影像分析进行检测。数据通过variance和Tukey statistical检验进行统计学评估(P < .05)。

结果显示,TotalFill BC Sealer和Bio-C Sealer具有相似的阻射性、体积变化程度和pH值(P > .05)。Bio-C Sealer的固化时间最短,而溶解性和流动性最高(P < .05)。AH Plus阻射性最高,流动性、pH值、溶解性以及体积变化最小(P < .05)。

结论:Bio-C Sealer固化时间短,具有碱性作用,并且拥有适当的流动性和阻射性以及较低的体积收缩变化。但是,此种封闭剂的溶解性明显高于ISO 6876标准的要求。
