研究人员使用2001年到2011年的SEER(监测,流行病学和最终结果)-Medicare数据库的数据来鉴定64450名膀胱癌患者,并进行UroVysion?荧光原位杂交或NMP22?或BTA Stat?测试。 然后研究人员评估了尿标记测试和尿细胞学的流行病学特点,并对进行和未进行尿标记测试的患者的特征进行卡方检验分析。 同时,使用多变量对数回归模型分析尿标记测试预测因子,并使用Cox回归分析以确定癌症特异性和总体死亡风险。
