重磅：Oncotarget不再被MEDLINE检索

自昨天开始，有一条消息刷爆了中国广大医疗卫生科技工作者的朋友圈，备受中国医学研究人员喜爱的著名OA期刊ONCOTARGET不再被Medline收录。美国国立卫生研究院网站证实ONCOTARGET自2017年第8卷第30期后不再被Medline/Pubmed检索（见图1）。但截止2017年9月7日，该刊仍被SCIE检索（见图2）。不过，MedSci提醒大家，虽然ONCOTARGET仍然被SCIE检索

自昨天开始，有一条消息刷爆了中国广大医疗卫生科技工作者的朋友圈，备受中国医学研究人员“喜爱”的著名OA期刊ONCOTARGET不再被Medline收录。ONCOTARGET在2016年度发表文章达到6625篇，在业内争议较大。一方面，影响因子一直维持在较高水平，另一方面很多“灌水文章”也能成功发表。美国国立卫生研究院网站证实ONCOTARGET自2017年第8卷第30期后不再被Medline检索（见图1）。但截止2017年9月7日，该刊仍被SCIE检索（见图2）。暂时也没有关于ONCOTARGET不利的信息，从SCIE收录的规则来看，ONCOTARGET并无违规行为（如自引率仅为25%）。
Medline与Pubmed收录不同，Pubmed收录范围更广，ONCOTARGET现在仍然被Pubmed收录，但未来情况尚不可知。
不过，MedSci提醒大家，虽然ONCOTARGET仍然被SCIE检索收录，但是未来哪一天如果一旦不被Pubmed收录，就可能会极大影响文章的被引次数，也会导致后续两年的ONCOTARGET的影响因子水平。这一事件也给办刊者提醒，期刊必需要严格办刊。

据MedSci最新的消息，Clarivate要求ONCOTARGET调查是否存在审稿违规的问题（即Tumor biology这种虚假审稿问题），不管最终结果如何，都可能对ONCOTARGET造成较大影响。
Oncotarget创刊于2010年，目前是每周两期（过去为周刊，刚刚改为每周两期，发文量会进一步增大），由美国Impact Journals, LLC出版社在线出版发行。作为一本OA期刊，Oncotarget主要刊载肿瘤学和医学领的研究结果，但是近年来收录的文章非常杂乱，几乎成为综合性期刊了（非肿瘤类文章照样收录，也收录临床研究，免疫学，病理各类文章）。目前Oncotarget主要刊载栏目包括评论和社论、论著、研究展望、综述、会议报告；社论、信息和约稿的研究展望无需版面费，论著、综述和病例报告的版面费为每篇3400美元，研究展望版面费为每篇1900美元。2016年Oncotarget影响因子为5.168。

Oncotarget is no longer indexed in MEDLINE, and the last volume to be included is volume 8 issue 30, 2017. You are no longer seeing this citation in PubMed because this was an Ahead-of-Print citation that was not assigned to an issue before this change occurred.
NLM periodically reviews currently indexed MEDLINE journals to ensure that they continue to meet NLM’s standards for its collection and databases. Journals may be deselected from MEDLINE for various reasons including extremely late publication patterns, major changes in the scientific quality or editorial process, and changes in ownership or publishers. When a MEDLINE journal has been deselected, the status of the journal becomes “not currently indexed.”
If you are writing with concerns regarding NIH Public Access Compliance: Oncotarget will continue to be archived in PMC in compliance with the public access policy. Citations for articles archived in PMC will be sent to PubMed when the article is added to an issue. At that time, any citation previously deleted while in AOP status will be assigned a new PMID, and links to the citation will have to be updated. In the interim, you can add this citation manually to your My Bibliography reference list through the "Manage My Bibliography" link.

所以写文章的人不要过于夸大，毕竟这个杂志这样中国人的责任最大，推荐关系户当评审，文章质量差，都源于广大的投稿者
