胡萝卜一直有“小人参”的美称。胡萝卜中的有效成分维生素A、胡萝卜素、核酸物质、双歧因子等,可以保护肠黏膜,并能增殖肠道内的双歧杆菌,双歧杆菌是一种益生菌,可以延缓肠道对于糖分的吸收,有效控制血糖。

春笋

春笋纤维素含量高,在肠内可以减少人体对脂肪的吸收,增加肠蠕动,促进排便,防治便秘,还可降低血糖和血脂,非常适宜糖尿病伴高脂血症患者食用。

秋葵

秋葵含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素、钙、纤维素等,这些物质对治疗糖尿病均有辅助作用。另外,秋葵中含有丰富的黏性物质,可以延缓血糖升高,保护胃肠道。

魔芋

魔芋是一种低热能、高纤维的食物,能延缓葡萄糖的吸收,降低餐后血糖。魔芋中所含的葡萄甘露聚糖有很强的吸水性,既能增加饱腹感,还有助于减轻体重。

苦瓜

苦瓜中所含的苦瓜皂苷,有非常明显的降血糖作用,不仅有类似胰岛素样作用(故有植物胰岛素之称),而且还有刺激胰岛素释放的功能。

小贴士

食物降糖的作用有限,并不能以此替代药物。想要控制好血糖,需要药物+饮食+运动+改变其他不良生活方式,多管齐下。
