WJG；血清中多种细胞因子浓度联合分析可以用于早期胃癌的检测

胃癌发现的时间越早预后也就越好，这是学界的公认的常识。本项研究探讨了多参数联合分析在胃癌早期诊断中的临床应用价值。

方法
研究人员研究了176例胃癌（GC）患者，其中117例是不典型增生患者，并且匹配了204例健康对照患者，采用CEA，CA724浓度及3种细胞因子（TNF-α，IL-6，IL-8）建立诊断模型，采用二元逻辑回归分析方法对关键指标进行分析。

结果
在区分健康对照组和GC组方面，IL-6具有最佳诊断价值，联合分析的曲线下面积（AUC）为0.95（0.93-0.97）。对于早期和晚期GC，AUC分别为0.95（0.92-0.98）和0.95（0.92-0.97）。在区分不典型增生组和GC组中，CA724的诊断价值最高，联合分析的AUC为0.97（0.95-0.99），对于早期和晚期GC组，AUC分别为0.98（0.96-0.99）和0.96（0.94-0.98）。经过评估，本项研究纳入CEA，CA724浓度及3种细胞因子的联合评估模型对健康对照组的GC，早期GC和晚期癌症组进行鉴别，诊断敏感性分别为89.66％，84.21％和92.31％，特异性分别为92.42％，90.91％和90.91％。

结论
研究人员构建的CEA，CA724，IL-6，IL-8和TNF-α的诊断模型，可以作为潜在的帮助作为早期检测GC的筛选方法。
