WJG;血清中多种细胞因子浓度联合分析可以用于早期胃癌的检测

目标
胃癌发现的时间越早预后也就越好,这是学界的公认的常识。本项研究探讨了多参数联合分析在胃癌早期诊断中的临床应用价值。

方法
研究人员研究了176例胃癌(GC)患者,其中117例是不典型增生患者,并且匹配了204例健康对照患者,采用CEA,CA724浓度及3种细胞因子(TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8)建立诊断模型,采用二元逻辑回归分析方法对关键指标进行分析。

结果
在区分健康对照组和GC组方面,IL-6具有最佳诊断价值,联合分析的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.95(0.93-0.97)。对于早期和晚期GC,AUC分别为0.95(0.92-0.98)和0.95(0.92-0.97)。在区分不典型增生组和GC组中,CA724的诊断价值最高,联合分析的AUC为0.97(0.95-0.99),对于早期和晚期GC组,AUC分别为0.98(0.96-0.99)和0.96(0.94-0.98)。经过评估,本项研究纳入CEA,CA724浓度及3种细胞因子的联合评估模型对健康对照组的GC,早期GC和晚期癌症组进行鉴别,诊断敏感性分别为89.66%,84.21%和92.31%,特异性分别为92.42%,90.91%和90.91%。

结论
研究人员构建的CEA,CA724,IL-6,IL-8和TNF-α的诊断模型,可以作为潜在的帮助作为早期检测GC的筛选方法。
