Life Sci：接种ASCs的Icariin/45S5生物玻璃可有效促进成骨

收集未分化的ASCs（ASCs-CM）和淫羊藿苷诱导的ASCs（Icariin-ASCs-CM）的条件培养基，并测量血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）蛋白的分泌水平。分析ASC-CM和Icariin-ASCs-CM对大鼠EPCs的血管生成能力和分子机制。建立大鼠颅骨骨缺损模型并用支架植入处理。在手术后12周对分离的标本进行微CT成像、组织学和免疫组织学染色。

结果显示，淫羊藿苷处理后，VEGF蛋白的表达明显增加，在10-7M淫羊藿苷组中高表达。 Icariin-ASCs-CM可明显增加大鼠EPCs的血管生成，并且这种能力被VEGF/VEGF受体特异性结合抑制剂贝伐单抗所抑制。体内研究结果显示，与对照组相比，所有支架都可促进骨愈合。 淫羊藿苷明显提高了接种ASCs的45S5 生物玻璃的愈合能力。

综上所述，该研究结果显示，接种ASCs的Icariin/45S5生物玻璃可明显促进成骨和血管生成，因此是骨修复和再生的理想候选骨替代物。
