BMJ:体育活动与死亡风险研究

研究认为,即使对于基线体力活动较低的中老年人群,都可以通过增加体力活动而获得相当大的长寿益处

近日研究人员评估基线和长期体育运动对全因死亡率、心血管疾病和癌症的影响。

本研究为基于人口的队列研究,14599名男女(40至79岁)参与者,考察参与者从基线(1993-1997年)至2004年的生活方式和其他危险因素,死亡率随访至2016年。通过体育活动能量支出(PAEE)问卷评估参与者体力活动状态。研究的主要终点为全因、心血管疾病和癌症的死亡率。

在171277人-年的随访中,有3148人死亡。PAEE的长期增加与死亡率呈负相关,与基线PAEE无关。每年每增加1 kJ/kg/天的PAEE(相当于基线时处于非活动状态,五年内逐渐达到世界卫生组织中等强度体育活动,即每周150分钟的最低体育活动标准),全因死亡率危险比为0.76,心血管疾病死亡率风险比为0.71,癌症死亡率风险比为0.89。分析发现,与长期不活动的个人相比,随着时间的推移,体力活动不断增加至满足低、中和高体力活动人群的死亡率风险较低,分别为0.76、0.62和0.58。在人口层面,至少达到并保持最低限度的体育活动标准可防止46%的与缺乏体育活动有关的死亡。
