背景和目的
在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（aSAH）后确定功能结果的常用工具有局限性。之前已经有学者提出将患者在家中花费的时间作为缺血性中风后的结果的预测指标。因此，本项研究中研究人员验证家庭时间作为aSAH结果预测能力。

方法
研究人员收集了全国多中心的aSAH患者，并计算平均家庭时间（定义为aSAH后头90天内在家中度过的天数）和出院和1年随访中每类改良Rankin量表评分，使用线性回归模型分析家庭 - Rankin量表类别的时间差异。

结果
本项研究共收集了1076名患者的家庭时间数据。研究结果发现家庭时间的增加与出院时改善的Rankin量表评分（P<0.0001）和1年随访时的改善相关（P<0.0001）。

结论
在aSAH之后的前90天的家庭时间提供了强有力且易于确定的结果测量，在出院时和1年随访期间预测了更好的恢复水平。
