CLIN CANCER RES:血浆代谢组学分析预测非小细胞肺癌化疗效果

目前尚无得到验证的可以鉴别能从化疗中获益的肺腺癌患者的分子标志。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章,研究以代谢组学分析为基础的可以预测一线化疗效果和患者生存结果的分子标志模型。

目前尚无得到验证的可以鉴别能从化疗中获益的肺腺癌患者的分子标志。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章,研究以代谢组学分析为基础的可以预测一线化疗效果和患者生存结果的分子标志模型。

研究共纳入354例患者,患者接受一线培美曲塞联合顺铂或卡铂化疗。在开始治疗前收集患者血清标本进行代谢组学分析。使用二元logistic回归分析建立模型。251例患者分入探索组,103例患者分入验证组。包括亚牛磺酸,尿苷,十二烷酰肉碱,胆碱,二甲基甘氨酸,烟酰胺和L-棕榈酰肉碱在内的七个代谢物与化疗反应有关。以这七个代谢物为基础根据logistic回归值g(z)建立的模型的AUC值分别为0.912(探索组)和0.909(验证组)。g(z)≤0.155的患者化疗后中位无进展生存显着长于g(z)>0.155的患者。

文章最后认为,该研究发现了在治疗前可以准确预测培美曲塞联合铂类化疗效果和生存结果的模型。
