JACC：“代谢健康肥胖”再遭质疑

既往有专家认为，不伴代谢异常的肥胖是“代谢健康肥胖”。近年来，陆续有研究质疑这一观点。近日，一项韩国研究再次提出质疑，该研究显示，与体重正常者相比，无心血管病的成年肥胖患者冠脉钙化风险明显升高。 该研究入选14 828例无心血管病的“代谢健康”(不存在代谢综合征及其组成成分且稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数<2.5)成年受试者，平均体质指数23 kg/m2。研究者发现，代谢健康肥胖受试者中冠脉钙
