次氯酸钠(NaOCl)是清理根管用的主要冲洗液。另外，临床提倡使用脱钙剂作为处理根部牙本质的附加方式。这篇研究的目的是为了评估交替(EDTA)或持续1-羟基乙烷1,1-二膦酸(HEDP)螯合剂的使用结合NaOCl冲洗对Biodentine (Septodont, Saint Maur des Fosses, France)粘接强度的影响。

次氯酸钠(NaOCl)是清理根管用的主要冲洗液。另外，临床提倡使用脱钙剂作为处理根部牙本质的附加方式。这篇研究的目的是为了评估交替(EDTA)或持续1-羟基乙烷1，1-二膦酸(HEDP)螯合剂的使用结合NaOCl冲洗对Biodentine (Septodont， Saint Maur des Fosses， France)粘接强度的影响。研究将拔除的发育成熟的50颗人的单根管牙齿分为5组(n = 10)，使用旋转器械进行扩大预备。根管在每更换一次器械时使用5 mL冲洗液进行冲洗，在机械预备后再使用5 mL进行冲洗，所用冲洗液如下：过程中使用2.5% NaOCl，随后使用2.5% NaOCl和17% EDTA或17% EDTA，预备后使用2.5% NaOCl。在预备期间和完成后持续使用2.5% NaOCl/9%双冲洗HEDP (Medcem GmbH， Weinfelden， Switzerland)进行螯合。对照组在预备过程中及完成后使用水进行冲洗。随后根管使用Biodentine进行充填。从根中1/3获取1.5-mm厚的水平切片，进行粘接强度测试。数据使用1-way方差分析/Tuke
