BMC Musculoskelet Disord：循环双膦酸盐治疗可减轻患有成骨不全症的儿童的疼痛并改善其身体功能

在接受循环静脉注射双膦酸盐治疗的22名OI患者中（中位年龄10岁[范围2-21岁]；8名女孩），两个输注周期的多个时间点评估疼痛和身体功能。使用FACES®视觉模拟评分评估疼痛；使用PedsQL™通用核心库存评估物理功能，包括自我护理。

输注后疼痛评分立即显著下降，并且在输注后4周保持减少，之后增加并且在随后输注后再次减少（F = 25.00，p <0.001）。输注后4周，身体功能评分得分改善，并且在随后输注患者之前下降（F = 10.87，p = 0.007）。探索性分析表明轻度和中度-重度OI类型对疼痛的影响明显不同，但对于身体功能则没有。研究期间没有骨折发生。

总之，该研究结果表明，对于患有OI的儿童，循环静脉注射双膦酸盐治疗可暂时减轻疼痛并改善功能。输注后立即发生疼痛缓解，4周后观察到功能改善。疼痛和身体功能均通过随后的输注恢复到治疗前水平。
