内源性脂质介质Resolvins(Rv)在抗炎过程中发挥关键作用。镰刀型细胞病（SCD），是一种遗传性的血红蛋白病，特点是炎症和血管阻塞。研究人员建立人源化的SCD小鼠模型，观察其低氧/再灌注后的促分解事件的变化。结果发现17R-RvD1（7S，8R，17R-三羟基-4Z，9E，11E，13Z，15E，19Z-二十二碳六烯酸）在减少体外的微血管内皮细胞招募的人SCD血液白细胞和体内的白细胞黏附和转

结果发现17R-RvD1（7S，8R，17R-三羟基-4Z，9E，11E，13Z，15E，19Z-二十二碳六烯酸）在减少体外的微血管内皮细胞招募的人SCD血液白细胞和体内的白细胞黏附和转染中发挥新型保护作用。

暴露于低氧/复氧的SCD小鼠，口服17R-RvD1可减少全身/局部炎症和肺/肾的血管功能障碍。17R-RvD1的作用机制包括：1）增强SCD红细胞和多形白细胞的增殖；2）降低NF-κB的激活；3）降低炎性细胞因子、血管激活标志物和E-选择素的表达。

总而言之，17R-RvD1或可代表一种新的治疗SCD炎性血管病变的新策略。
