研究人员提取大鼠骨髓干细胞,并与丝素凝胶混合,凝胶前干细胞浓度为1.0 × 105/mL、1.0 × 106/mL及1.0 × 107/mL,将其逐滴加入到丝支架,并应用于大鼠颅骨缺损。细胞追踪实验观察细胞活力和功能的保存情况。

结果表明,干细胞浓度为1.0 × 107/mL的水凝胶其体外和体内的成骨效应最佳。细胞示踪实验表明,术后8周1.0 × 107/mL组干细胞仍然生存,并参与新骨形成。

总之,该研究结果表明,将干细胞与水凝胶预混合有助于提供更多的干细胞用于骨组织工程,同时还可保留这些细胞在体内的活性和功能。
