CLIN CANCER RES：黑色素瘤治疗期间PD-L1表达改变可以预测PD-1治疗反应

利用免疫检查点抑制阻断PD-L1/细胞毒T细胞PD-1信号可以改善肿瘤患者预后。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章，研究黑色素瘤患者接受抗PD-1治疗时肿瘤PD-L1表达以及肿瘤相关免疫细胞密度，并将其与治疗反应相联系。

利用免疫检查点抑制阻断PD-L1/细胞毒T细胞PD-1信号可以改善肿瘤患者预后。CLIN CANCER RES近期发表了一篇文章，研究黑色素瘤患者接受抗PD-1治疗时肿瘤PD-L1表达以及肿瘤相关免疫细胞密度，并将其与治疗反应相联系。研究共纳入23名不可切除的接受pembrolizumab/nivolumab治疗的黑色素瘤患者肿瘤标本46例。标本采集于治疗前（PRE，n=21），治疗两个月内（EDT，n=20）以及治疗后疾病进展（PROG，n=5）。有治疗反应的患者判断根据为RECIST/irRC标准确定的完全反应、部分反应或持续病情稳定。15例患者出现治疗反应，10例无反应。研究结果表明，与无反应的患者相比，有反应的患者PRE瘤内及瘤周PD-1+T细胞密度分别高7倍和5倍。两组患者间PRE 肿瘤和巨噬细胞PD-L1表达无显着差异，但是有反应患者EDT 肿瘤PD-L1表达和巨噬细胞PD-L1表达高于无反应患者。有反应患者EDT标本（与PRE相比）表现出瘤内CD8+淋巴细胞和瘤内CD68+巨噬细胞增加。文章最后认为，有反应患者更高的PRE PD-1+T细胞量表明免疫系统存在抑制，而抗PD
