Circulation:中国城市空气污染控制的潜在心血管和死亡率获益

不同程度的空气质量改善会产生241,000生命年甚至更多的健康获益。

室外空气污染在中国疾病负担可预防病因中排第四位。研究人员假设,中国城市空气质量改善带来的健康获益的幅度可以与达到推荐的血压或控烟目标相比较。

中国心血管疾病政策模型估算从2017年到2030年的35-84岁的城市中国成年人患冠心病,中风和全因死亡率,如果最近的空气质量(空气动力学直径≤2.5μm的颗粒物,PM 2.5)和传统心血管危险因素趋势维持不变。研究人员预计了获得的生命年,如果中国城市要达到三个空气质量目标之一:北京奥运会的水平(平均PM 2.5,55μg/m3),中国二级标准(35μg/m3),或世界卫生组织(WHO)的标准(10μg/m3)。比较了预计的空气污染减排控制获益与达到世卫组织高血压和烟草控制目标的潜在获益。

到2030年平均PM 2.5下降到北京奥运水平,每年可以获得约241,000(95%的不确定性间隔,189,000-293,000)的生命年。实现中国二级标准或世卫组织PM 2.5标准[每年获得生命年分别为992,000(95%不确定性间隔,790,000-1,180,000)或1,827,000(95%不确定性间隔,1,481,000-2,129,000)]  将比世卫组织推荐的收缩压控制改善25%和吸烟减少30%联合产生更大的健康获益 [928,000(95%不确定性间隔,830,000-1,033,000)生命年]。

不同程度的空气质量改善会产生241,000生命年甚至更多的健康获益,其相当于甚至大于收缩压控制改善25%和吸烟减少30%的综合收益。
