这篇研究的目的为了比较常规和热处理过的镍钛旋转器械的弯曲强度、循环疲劳和抗扭转折裂性能的差异。

研究对5种镍钛旋转器械V-Taper 2 (VT2； #25/.08)， V-Taper 2H (V2H； #25/.06)， Hyflex CM (HCM； #25/.06)， HyFlex EDM (HDM； #25/variable taper)和ProTaper Next X2 (PTN； #25/variable taper)进行检测。使用专门设备(AEndoS)进行弯曲强度的测试，器械(n = 15)在距离顶点3 mm处固定，并且相对于长轴弯曲45°。抗循环疲劳性能测试是在半径为7.8-mm、弯曲度为35°的人造根管内锉和旋转器械(n = 15)直至折裂。通过AEndoS评估极限抗扭强度和韧性。将锉顶点5 mm处固定在树脂块间，并以20 rpm的速度顺时针驱动旋转直至断裂。结果通过单向方差分析和Duncan post hoc对照进行统计学研究。使用扫描电子显微镜检测每组的折断表面和纵向外观。

结果显示，CM-wire器械的弯曲强度要比其他器械低。HDM的抗循环疲劳性能最高，其次为VTH和HCM (P < .05)。VT2的极限强度最高，随后为HDM， VTH-PTN和HCM。HDM和VT2的韧性要明显高于VTH， HCM和PTN (P < .05)。扫面电子显微镜分析显示，循环疲劳和扭转断裂会导致典型的金属断面特征。

结论：与M-wire 和常规镍钛器械相比，CM-wire展现出较高的柔韧度和抗循环疲劳强度。横断面积较大和常规镍钛器械则表现出较高的扭转阻力。
