晚期实体肿瘤患者接受第1天 NC-6004 60-180mg/m2以及第1天和第8天吉西他滨1250mg/m2治疗,三周一个周期。在单个患者中进行NC-6004剂量递增试验,直至在180mg/m2时出现剂量限制毒性。使用EORTC-QLQ-C30评估生活质量。研究共纳入22例患者,最常见的Ⅲ/Ⅳ级血液学不良反应为白细胞减少(68%)和血小板减少(59%)。20例接受过治疗并可评估治疗反应的患者中,一半的患者接受过铂类治疗。最大耐受剂量为135mg/m2.9例接受最大耐受剂量治疗的患者中位治疗持续时间为15周。11例患者出现肿瘤减小,3例患者出现部分反应,14例患者出现病情稳定。大部分患者EORTC-QLQ-C30评分稳定或改善。

文章最后认为,在无显着临床神经、肾毒性情况下实现了更高的顺铂剂量。这些数据表明NC-6004联合吉西他滨的良好的耐受性及抗肿瘤活性。
