Synlogic制药公司近日宣布，将与罗氏制药开展新的临床合作，以探索Synlogic的SYNB1891（一种双重免疫激活剂）与罗氏制药的PD-L1检测点抑制剂atezolizumab联合用于晚期实体瘤的有效性和安全性。Synlogic预计将于2019年下半年向FDA提交SYNB1891的研究性新药申请（IND）。
