脓毒性海绵窦血栓感染

54岁，男性，因左侧眼痛几周就诊。

54岁，男性，因左侧眼痛几周就诊。

既往牙龈痛6个月。

本次表现为左侧眶周水肿，充血，结膜水肿，突出，以及活动受限。随后出现高热，寒战和意识水平下降。



增强头 CT 和 MRI 显示左侧眼上静脉扩张，强化不良（poor enhancement）。

患者诊断为脓毒性海绵窦血栓形成，给予广谱抗生素和抗凝治疗。作者认为该病与口腔感染有关。经过治疗后症状好转。
