PACT Pharma是癌症免疫学和细胞治疗领域的领导者，与加州大学洛杉矶分校的团队合作，能够使用其专有的基因工程技术为每个癌症患者制造免疫细胞治疗产品（NeoTCR-P1）。该公司已开始了NeoTCR-P1的I期剂量递增研究 。

随着肿瘤分子生物学的研究进展，研究发现即使在同一种肿瘤中，如对于慢性淋巴细胞白血病（CLL）而言，不同患者所携带的基因突变是不同的。因此每位癌症患者的都有突变的个体特征，这为开发具有消灭肿瘤细胞潜能的完全个体化免疫疗法创造了机会。
