黄芪甲苷是中药黄芪的主要活性成分,以往研究表明,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗细胞凋亡、免疫调节,尤其对神经缺血有保护作用。那么,神经损伤后黄芪甲苷的保护作用是通过何种途径产生的呢? 吉林大学药学院张晓红所在课题组进行的一项关于“The mechanism of astragaloside IV promoting sciatic nerve regeneration”

黄芪甲苷是中药黄芪的主要活性成分,以往研究表明,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗病毒、抗细胞凋亡、免疫调节,尤其对神经缺血有保护作用。那么,神经损伤后黄芪甲苷的保护作用是通过何种途径产生的呢?

吉林大学药学院张晓红所在课题组进行的一项关于“The mechanism of astragaloside IV promoting sciatic nerve regeneration”的研究,离断小鼠坐骨神经并施行吻合建立坐骨神经损伤小鼠模型,每日腹腔注射黄芪甲苷10,5,2.5 mg/kg干预,以此观察黄芪甲苷在周围神经损伤的修复和再生中的作用和分子机制。

结果发现,黄芪甲苷可促进小鼠坐骨神经再生和功能恢复,其机制与上调神经生长相关蛋白43的表达有关。作者认为,此结果为合理应用中药治疗周围神经损伤提供了理论依据。
