大叔挤颗痘痘，器官衰竭，整整抢救5天

脸上长了痘痘，很多人会用指甲将它挤破。今年50岁的杨大叔怎么也没想到，他因此差点丧命：就用手挤了挤左上唇米粒大小的痘痘，半个小时后嘴唇红肿，随后发高烧，口腔感染流脓，引发败血症，出现器官衰竭迹象，医生甚至下了两次病危通知书，经过整整五天抢救才保住性命!

浙大一院口腔科副主任汪国华主任医师解释，痘痘有个专业名字叫疖子，是毛囊因细菌发炎、感染所引起的。而从鼻子到上嘴唇，是人面部的“危险三角区”，毛细血管密集，疖子长在这个区域，千万不能挤。

危险三角区

面部危险三角区，通常指的是两侧口角至鼻根连线所形成的三角形区域。通俗的说是从鼻根到两口角，这个区域是公认的危险区域当面部发生炎症，尤其在这三角区域内有感染时，易在面前静脉内形成血栓，影响正常静脉血回流，并且逆流至眼上静脉，经眶上而通向颅内蝶鞍两侧的海绵窦，将面部炎症传播到颅内，产生海绵窦化脓性，血栓性静脉炎的严重并发症。

所以在该区内的疖肿，那怕是个小疖子，也千万不要用手去挤压，那样会引起感染扩散。

在面部“危险三角区”的疖、痈局部处理中，应当强调指出的是，切忌搔抓，更不能挤压，严禁过早使用挑刺、切开等方法，以免炎症扩散而引起严重的并发症。只有在急性炎症完全控制，感染十分局限，已形成明显的皮下脓肿，又久不破溃时，方可在尽可能小的创伤条件下，切开脓肿表面的皮肤，以利引流，但仍不能挤压，以防脓液挤入血管，经血行扩散，引发败血症、脓毒血症、颅内海绵窦血栓性静脉炎、脑脓肿等危及生命。
