Biomaterials：仿生羟基磷灰石纳米结构性质对骨免疫调节的影响

在标准和炎性条件下，在CDHA底物上培养鼠RAW 264.7细胞，所述CDHA底物在微观结构和孔隙率方面不同。将成骨细胞（SaOS-2）与RAW-CDHA条件提取物一起温育来评估对成骨的影响。

结果显示，巨噬细胞对CDHA的不同结构和结构特性敏感。在标准条件下，CDHA上培养的RAW细胞产生的炎性细胞因子在底物的降解中起重要作用，表明RAW细胞的再吸收行为对仿生表面的影响。

通过从针状纳米结构化CDHA上培养的RAW细胞收集的条件培养基刺激成骨细胞分化。结果表明，针状纳米结构CDHA能够产生有利的骨免疫环境，以调节成骨细胞分化和成骨。在炎性条件下，RAW细胞与较少多孔CDHA的孵育导致基因表达降低和促炎细胞因子的释放。
