J Endod：1次法和2次法的非手术牙髓再治疗的术后疼痛强度比较：一项临床随机试验

这篇研究的目的是为了评估和比较1次法和2次法并采用2种不同根管内封药的非手术牙髓再治疗产生的术后疼痛强度。

研究将150名无症状的已行根管治疗牙齿需非手术再治疗的患者随机分为3组(n = 50)。患者是从那些没有术前疼痛的病人中随机筛选出来。组1的患者采取(single visit)单次法治疗。多次法中组2和组3的患者根管内封药选择氢氧化钙和氯己定(CHX)。分别在术后1， 2， 3和7天及1个月评估疼痛情况。所有2次法治疗的完成均在首次就诊后的1周。数据使用Mann-Whitney U， Kruskal-Wallis和Pearson chi-square检验进行统计学评估(α = 0.01， 0.05)。

结果显示，与单次法相比，CHX组术后1天的疼痛明显增加(P ≤ .05)。术后第2天，单次法的术后疼痛明显轻于其他2组(P < .05)。在术后第3和7天，各组间没有显著性差异。术后1个月，氢氧化钙组和CHX组的术后疼痛明显高于单次法组(P < .05)。

结论：基于对术后1天至1个月的评估结果，单次法非手术牙髓再治疗产生的术后疼痛并发症要明显低于2次法的非手术牙髓再治疗。
