京津冀携手提高卫生人员技术能力

日前，京津冀三地卫生计生部门在天津市召开了创建京津冀协同发展卫生技术培训标准化建设与认证示范区工作会议。三地将通过医疗卫生协同机制，整合优势教育培训资源，以评估和认证为抓手，健全人才使用激励机制，推动卫生人员技术能力持续提高。

日前，京津冀三地卫生计生部门在天津市召开了创建京津冀协同发展卫生技术培训标准化建设与认证示范区工作会议。三地将通过医疗卫生协同机制，整合优势教育培训资源，以评估和认证为抓手，健全人才使用激励机制，推动卫生人员技术能力持续提高。

京津冀卫生技术培训标准化与认证示范区建立后，将建立带教师资激励机制，创新评价机制，建立带教师资能力等级评定与认证制度，激发临床带教活力，提升师资队伍建设水平。三地将开展技能培训中心培训能力建设与认证工作，完善毕业后医学教育能力建设，逐步建立健全覆盖规范化培训全过程的标准化培训质量体系和认证评价制度，提升毕业后医学教育质量。

三地将建立覆盖京津冀地区的卫生技术人员远程教育平台，还将以技能培训中心培训为基础，以专项技术培训基地建设为重点，建立梯次衔接的医疗卫生人员技能培训体系，建立分层分类医疗卫生人员能力培训与认证管理模式。

京津冀医药企业采暖季须错峰生产

近日，工信部、环保部、国家卫生计生委、国家食药监管总局4部门联合发出《关于做好京津冀及周边地区医药企业采暖季错峰生产的通知》，要求北京、天津、河北、山东等省（市）相关部门如期完成京津冀及周边地区医药企业采暖季错峰生产工作任务，推进空气质量持续改进，保障药品有效供应。

京津冀皮肤科中西医融合发展联盟在京成立

中医、西医各有所长，紧密配合，有助于优势互补。为推进京津冀协同发展战略，12月24日，“京津冀皮肤科中西医融合发展联盟”在北京宣布成立，并发布了人民卫生出版社出版的新书《精诚大医赵炳南》。据悉，联盟由首都医科大学附属北京中医医院主办，北京中医医院皮肤科承办，京津冀三地中西医结合学会协办。

河北：“5+4+N”布局成效初显

在河北省政府新闻办公室联合省卫生计生委日前举行的新闻发布会上，该省卫生计生委党组书记、主任张绍廉介绍，自2014年京津冀协同发展战略实施以来，该省围绕河北功能定位，通过提升能力、补齐短板、共享发展等手段，使“5+4+N”医疗卫生协同发展布局成效初显，有效缓解了京津就医压力。

京冀医疗合作 河北患者降至7.5%

京津冀三地已陆续签订医政、疾病防控、采供血等多方面合作协议，多个京冀重点项目扎实推进。河北患者人数占比从2013年的9.1%降至2016年7.5%，京冀医疗协同发展成效初显。

京津冀设“医疗服务带”签署六大医疗合作项目

京津冀签署六项合作计划，其中张家口、承德、廊坊等河北多地将与北京开展医疗合作。目前安排及正在安排的疏解大型医院达到20余家。
