研究认为乙醛脱氢酶1B1是新颖的结肠癌生物标志物

乙醛脱氢酶（ALDH）1A1是多种实体肿瘤的免疫组化标记。近日研究人员发现ALDH1B1作为一种新型生物标志物，对于结肠癌的检测效果优于ALDH1A1。

研究人员通过人结肠癌细胞株分析候选的结肠癌生物标志物，共考察了ALDH的8个同工酶，之后采取组织芯片分析以确定候选生物标志物对正常组织和结肠癌病变的区分效果。

根据mRNA分析，ALDH1B1 以及ALDH2作为候选标志物，其在肿瘤组织和细胞系中强烈且稳定表达，甚至包括ALDH+CD44+细胞这种高度致肿瘤细胞群，而包括ALDH1A1在内的其他同工酶则表现出一定的表达差异或表达量低。研究发现结肠癌中ALDH1B1未发生基因突变，其很好的反映了mRNA、蛋白酶活性与结肠癌细胞系cDNA序列的关系。组织芯片显示，ALDH1B1可以从正常组织中区分结肠癌病变，但ALDH2不能，此外ALDH1B1与ALDH1A1或ALDH2之间的比例也是强有力的结肠癌标志物。

研究认为乙醛脱氢酶1B1是新颖的结肠癌生物标志物。
