尊敬的各位专家、同道：

您好！由中国微循环学会、澳门卫生局医生协会联合主办的“亚太血管学术联盟（APA）澳门国际论坛暨2016澳门卫生局医生协会国际学术年会”将于2016年6月24-26日在澳门特别行政区举行。澳门卫生局医生协会主席蔡念医生、中国微循环学会郑月宏教授将担任本次大会主席。

为了推动微循环血管医学发展，构建地区间学术交流平台，促进地区间学术交流与精准医学、转化医学在相关医疗领域的渗透，加速亚学科发展，将举办首届亚太血管学术联盟（APA）大会，成立符合亚太地区特色的血管疾病领域学术组织。届时詹启敏院士、王深明教授，刘乃丰教授，管珩教授，吴庆华教授，杜杰教授，李汇华教授，赵纪春教授，张华教授，Dr. Fernando C. Gomes，郭昌宇教授， Pro. Abraham Pierre，Dr. Hideaki Obara，Dr. Chong Tze Teck, Dr.Jimmy Tan，Dr. Renny Yien, Dr. Chinsakchai Khamin，李毅清教授，汪涛教授等学者将莅临演讲。包括本澳在内的各地区专家将在会议期间深入探讨血管医学的发展。此次会议邀请来自欧美，中国，香港，台湾，澳门，日本，新加坡，泰国，马来西亚等国家地区的相关血管医学领域的知名专家，就血管疾病的前沿进展交流。

亚太血管学术联盟（APA）已经报政府和及各局审批并获同意，将在本国际会议隆重成立。本次国际论坛期间，将举办“血管医学高峰论坛”，“亚太血管国际论坛” ，以及“中国微循环学会国际中青年血管医学演讲大赛”等活动。同时，还将在分会场召开“中国微循环学会周围血管疾病委员会中期会议”，同期举办“血管医学聚焦微循环前沿论坛”，分别围绕“下肢静脉曲张治疗共识”，“VTE抗凝共识”，“糖尿病足诊治进展”等热点话题设立专场。 

本次论坛将以多角度、全方位、新模式呈现医学新理论和新技术，为亚太地区血管疾病领域的研究发展树立新的里程碑。期待您的积极参与！
