Circulation刊登复旦大学研究：揭示糖尿病人心血管风险升高原因

近期，Circulation杂志刊登了复旦大学丁忠仁、胡亮等的研究成果，他们发现，糖尿病患者体内血小板P2Y12受体呈高表达、异常激活的现象。糖尿病患者的血小板P2Y12受体水平是一般健康人的4倍。

近期，Circulation杂志刊登了复旦大学丁忠仁、胡亮等的研究成果，他们发现，糖尿病患者体内血小板P2Y12受体呈高表达、异常激活的现象。糖尿病患者的血小板P2Y12受体水平是一般健康人的4倍。

而且，血小板P2Y12的表达与ADP诱导的血小板聚集密切相关。

研究者发现，对健康人具有相似的抗血小板效果的两种P2Y12受体拮抗剂AR-C78511和坎格雷洛对于糖尿病患者呈现不同的抗栓效果，AR-C78511的抗血小板作用更强。

研究者还发现，高血糖通过ROS-NFκB途径增加血小板P2Y12受体表达。

该研究不但揭示了糖尿病患者易发生心脑血管病的原因，同时也为糖尿病患者的抗血小板药物的个体化治疗提供了新思路。
