JAMA:氟哌啶醇不能预防危重患者谵妄

研究认为氟哌啶醇不能降低危重患者谵妄风险

谵妄与不良预后显著相关,谵妄预防目前尚无有效手段,近日研究人员考察了预防性氟哌啶醇治疗对谵妄高风险患者的影响。

研究在21个荷兰ICU中心进行,1789名危重患者参与研究,患者随机每天3次接受1(n=350)、2mg (n=732)氟哌啶醇或安慰剂(n=707)。研究的主要终点是28天内生存率,次要终点包括谵妄、无谵妄率、无昏迷率、机械通气以及ICU治疗时间等。

参与者平均年龄66.6岁,全部完成试验,其中1mg组因效果不显著提前终止研究。相比于对照组,2mg氟哌啶醇组患者28天生存率无显著改善,组间生存期差异为0天,死亡风险比为1.003。组间次要终点事件无显著差异,组间谵妄事件差异仅为1.5%,无谵妄及无昏迷天数差异为0,机械通气、ICU治疗天数及住院时间无显著差异。

研究认为氟哌啶醇不能降低危重患者谵妄风险。
