Dent Mater J：采用分子前驱法制备牙科种植体的含磷酸盐磷灰石涂层的效果观察

分子前驱法是将薄层含磷酸盐的磷灰石(CA)膜剂涂布于钛表面的一种简单可行的方法。将含有乙醇、钙-EDTA复合物和磷酸盐的分子前驱溶剂涂布在钛表面，然后加热至600°C 2 h。由此可获得粘附于钛表面的薄层CA涂料。动物种植实验显示，含有CA涂料的种植体的骨-种植体值显著高于未含涂料的种植体(p<0.05)。

分子前驱法是将薄层含磷酸盐的磷灰石(CA)膜剂涂布于钛表面的一种简单可行的方法。将含有乙醇、钙-EDTA复合物和磷酸盐的分子前驱溶剂涂布在钛表面，然后加热至600°C 2 h。由此可获得粘附于钛表面的薄层CA涂料。动物种植实验显示，含有CA涂料的种植体的骨-种植体值显著高于未含涂料的种植体(p<0.05)。分子先驱法也可以用来3维钛网(TWs)的涂布。薄层的CA膜剂可以涂布于中心区域以内以及TW的表面，这可以使骨形成极佳的发生于含CA涂层的TW之内。此外，分子先驱法可以用来制作局部稳定的氧化锆CA涂层。在含CA涂层的氧化锆周围可以观察到更好的骨反应。结论：结果表明，分子前驱法可用来制作种植材料的薄层CA涂层。原始出处：Hayakawa T， Sato M， et al.
