BMC Vet Res：富含生长因子联合脂肪来源的间充质干细胞可有效促进皮肤伤口愈合

富含生长因子的血浆（PRGF）和脂肪来源的间充质干细胞（ASCs）在再生医学领域中得到了广泛研究。本研究旨在评估PRGF、ASCs和两者结合对兔全层皮肤缺损创面愈合的疗效。研究选取144只兔子，将动物分成三组，每组48只兔子：PRGF，ASCs和PGRF + ASCs。在每只兔子的背部制造两个直径为8mm的伤口，两孔之间距离20mm。第一个用盐水溶液处理，第二个分配到各组处理。术后1,2,3,5,

综上所述，该研究结果表明， PRGF + ASCs联合治疗的效果最好，表明这是增强伤口愈合和改善急性伤口美学效果的最佳选择。
