卡博替尼有望成为放射性碘拮抗的甲状腺癌一线治疗药物

在一项由宾夕法尼亚大学Abramson癌症中心和Perelman医学院共同发起的一项II临床试验中,35位服用该药物的患者中有34位患者出现了肿瘤体积的缩小,其中一半以上(54%)患者的肿瘤缩小超过了30%。这些结果表明,卡博替尼可能为这些患者提供额外的治疗选择,并为患者提供额外的无进展生存期。

统计卡博替尼常见的不良反应发现,28例出现高血糖(80%),27例出现腹泻(77%),26例出现疲劳(74%),25例出现体重减轻(71%),5例患者发生3-5高血压14%),3-5级脂肪酶升高的发生率为9%3-5级体重下降的发生率为6%3-5级肺栓塞的发生率为6%2例患者出现低钠血症(6%)。

大多数分化型甲状腺癌病例均采用放射性碘治疗,而这些放射性碘几乎全部被甲状腺吸收。然而约有15%的患者对这种方法耐受。因此急需其他的药物弥补这一空缺,卡博替尼有望成为最佳选择。
