这篇研究的目的是为了评估热循环对大块充填复合树脂单体释放量的影响。

研究使用5种大块充填复合树脂。在时间/热循环的不同周期提取浸提液:0-1 day/0-1,500, 1-3 days/1,500-4,500和3-7 days/4,500-10,000。通过HPLC仪器检测提取样本在每个时间点的单体含量。获得的数据通过variance analysis和tukey multiple comparison检验进行统计学评估(p<0.05)。

结果显示,热循环在0-1 day增加所有复合材料单体释放的量(p<0.05)。在0-1和1-3 days, Venus Bulk Fill和Filtek Bulk Fill复合树脂更加受影响。具有高分子量单体的聚合物网络与含低分子量单体的聚合物相比不易受到热变化的影响。
