J Rheumatol：中轴型银屑病关节炎和影像学骶髂关节炎中的当前吸烟者增多

在PsA患者中，当前吸烟与axPsA和影像学骶髂关节炎均显著相关。

吸烟在银屑病关节炎（PsA）中的作用仍存在争议。这项研究目的是分析中轴型PsA患者（axPsA）中的吸烟者是否有所增多。

分析纳入来自PsArt-ID（PsA国际数据库）的1535名患者。研究了吸烟对axPsA（与其他PsA表型比较）和影像学骶髂关节炎的影响。

当前吸烟者在axPsA中更为常见（28.6％vs18.9％，p<0.001）。还发现当前吸烟是axPsA [比值比（OR）= 1.4]和影像学骶髂关节炎（OR = 6.6）的独立预测因子。

在PsA患者中，当前吸烟与axPsA和影像学骶髂关节炎均显著相关。
