结果,28例(93%)患者为中度至重度牙周炎。所有患者的口腔样本中的牙周病原体均显示相似的分布(3-93%)。这些细菌DNA在心房和心肌中的检出率较低且分布不同(3-27%)。与心肌(0.13±0.13,p = 0.001)相比,心房LBP的检出率更高(0.22±0.16)。免疫组织化学显示,心房炎症评分以及CD14、CD68和LBP高于心肌组织。另外,牙周结果显示与CD14和CD68显著相关。
