【1】儿童服用高剂量维生素D并不能减少冬季感冒的发生

感冒和上呼吸道其它病毒感染是儿童中最常见的感染性疾病。在过去的30年中，维生素D被认为在预防或减少这些感染方面起着重要作用。而7月18日发表在JAMA的一项研究则证实，给儿童服用高剂量的维生素D并不能减少冬季感冒的发生。研究共纳入了7000名健康儿童，350名儿童在冬天给予标准计量的维生素D滴剂，其余350名儿童服用高剂量的维生素D。结果发现两组儿童冬季感冒次数并无统计学差异。

【2】“中年发福”亮起了健康的“红灯”

来自哈佛大学陈曾熙公共卫生学院的一项最新研究表明，青中年累积增加的体重可增加中老年时期的健康风险。研究共探究了92837名美国女性，随访18年，25303名美国男性随访15年。结果发现，与保持体重稳定（体重降低≤2.5 kg或增加<2.5 kg）的人群相比，55岁以前增重的人群，即使仅是中度（≥2.5-<10.0 kg），其慢性疾病和过早死亡的风险也会明显增加，包括2型糖尿病、心血管疾病及肥胖相关性癌症等。表明无论是男性还是女性，中年发福都会显著增加主要慢性疾病和死亡率的风险。

【3】出院后死亡率是否与入院率改变相关

与Affordable Care Act 平价医疗法相关降低再入院率是否有增加住院后死亡率的意外后果？ 研究人员使用2008年至2014年因心力衰竭、急性心肌梗死和肺炎而产生的500多万医疗保险服务住院费用的数据。结果发现，30天的再入院率下降幅度较弱，但与出院后30天死亡率减少明显相关（相关系数分别为0.066、0.067和0.108）。总之，这些发现并不支持出院后死亡率增加与减少医院再入院率相关。
