导语：减肥，是一个永恒的话题。5月11日是由世界卫生组织确定的世界防治肥胖日。肥胖已经是明确的十大慢性疾病之一。英国帝国理工学院近期发表在Lancet上的研究指出，估计全球肥胖人数已从1975年的1.05亿上升至2014年的6.41亿人，全球成人肥胖者人数超过体重过轻者，而中国的肥胖人数居全球首位。其中，中国男性肥胖人数为4320万人，女性肥胖人数为4640万人。这是一个多么震惊的数字！再来看看这

这名男子名为Keith Martin，他的BMI高达155，远远超出正常值(18.5-24)的好几倍，医生警告基斯若不想办法减重，这样下去寿命剩下不到两年。

当然了，外表不是最重要的，健康最重要！

肥胖与哪些疾病相关呢？

糖尿病、高血压、高脂血症、心血管疾病等等是众所周知的，再来说说一些人没有关注的疾病状况：

肥胖性脂肪肝
睡眠呼吸暂停引发的夜间猝死
严重肥胖会缩短寿命
肥胖增加多种癌症的发病风险
对腰椎等骨关节的压力过大

女性：

多囊卵巢综合征等内分泌疾病
妊娠期肥胖影响胎儿健康和增加妊娠并发症风险

男性：

导致生殖功能下降
内分泌紊乱等

儿童：

免疫力下降
心理影响较大

当然，也不是说胖子就一定不健康，看你如何定义肥胖了，明眼人都能看出来走几步路就喘大气儿的，就自觉承认自己已经胖的不健康了吧。

目前已经不提倡单纯使用BMI来定义肥胖和不健康了。应结合评估新陈代谢的指标：腰围、甘油三酯、胆固醇水平、血压和血糖。新陈代谢健康的胖子，也大多更喜欢运动且不爱抽烟喝酒。新陈代谢健康并不等于不会罹患心血管疾病、糖尿病或癌症，此外，健康肥胖者不会一直健康，随着年龄增长，他们患病的风险会逐渐加大。

最简单的例子：你看过百岁老人里有大胖子吗？？



有人说长寿不重要，但你敢说健康不重要？

迅速减肥大法，绝食减肥这些都是不提倡的，保证体重平稳的下降和营养均衡才是王道。

除了病理性的肥胖，一般的胖子都是营养过剩，你就承认了吧，胖子通常有以下几个共性~~

吃东西时找理由

桌子周边常备零食

比一般人吃得快

几乎不喝水，经常喝饮料

爱吃重口味的食物　

每天的下午茶必备甜点

零食一旦开封，不知不觉就会吃光

看到特价商品就放进购物篮

边看电视或边玩手机边吃饭

认为自己只要真的想瘦随时都行
