三维（3D）微型计算机断层扫描（CT）和组织形态学观察结果表明，与载有rhBMP-2的常规HAp微球相比，纳米结构表面和rhBMP-2的组合明显改善了骨生成。

综上所述，该研究结果表明，具有纳米结构表面的nHAp微球吸附rhBMP-2以快速形成骨，因此，具有在骨组织再生中充当载体的潜力。
