这篇研究是通过非破坏性试验储存和定量样本信息,以此阐明影响微拉伸粘接强度(?TBS)各种因素之间的相互关系。研究是通过10颗无龋的人磨牙预备完成?TBS试验样本,并评估影响?TBS试验样本的6个因素:界面存在的空隙,树脂的X线吸收系数,牙本质的X线吸收系数,牙本质部分的长度,粘接区域的大小和牙齿的个体差异性。所有样本在进行?TBS试验前,均非破坏性的通过光学相干断层扫描和micro-CT观察分析。?TBS试验后,影响?TBS数据的上述因素通过普通线性模型、线性混合效应回归模型和非线性回归模型及95%置信区间进行分析。结果显示,使用普通线性模型时,牙齿的个体差异性存在显著性差异( P < 0.001)。在?TBS与牙本质部分的长度之间存在显著的正相关( P < 0.001);然而,并不存在明显的非线性( P = 0.157)。另外,在?TBS与粘接区域的大小之间存在显著的负相关( P = 0.001),并伴随明显的非线性( P = 0.014)。在?TBS与树脂的X线吸收系数之间未发现明显的相关性( P = 0.147),并且也不存在显著的非线性( P = 0.089)。除此
