microRNA（miRNA）作为基因表达的重要调节因子，在近年来被广泛研究。目前，人们利用各种不同的技术来确定生物样品中miRNA的相对丰度，包括小RNA测序、RT-qPCR和芯片等。这些技术究竟孰优孰劣？比利时根特大学领导的团队比较了12种miRNA表达分析平台，并将其结果发表在6月29日的《Nature Methods》在线版上。 miRNA虽小，却在许多生物过程中扮演了重要角色，而它们也
