Radiology:钆双胺和钆特酸葡胺在啮齿类动物模型颅脑中蓄积比较

本研究纳入了9周大的小鼠5周内接受5次2.4 mmol/kg钆对比剂,并行T1加权MRI进行了7次随访(分别在1周、1个月、2、3、4、5、12个月)。对颅脑和血清进行去向并利用ICP-MS进行分析样本中钆蓄积。在小脑,在4个时间点进行分析钆成分。组织钆清除动力学有ROC曲线下面积进行比较。

结果为,仅有钆双胺增强的小鼠中发现深部核团有T1高信号,并且从第1个月到最后一次注射持续存在(1年后深部核团信号与脑干比值分别为1.101 ± 0.023 vs 1.037 ± 0.022, P < .001)。1年后在钆双胺注射后总钆(3.25 nmol/g ± 0.30)的75%残留在小脑钆特酸葡胺组未见明显异常T1高信号,并为之在最低水平(0.07 nmol/g ± 0.03)。

本研究表明,在重复注射钆双胺后,大部分钆剂蓄积在脑内。而注射钆特酸葡胺后,仅有少部分钆剂被检出,且随着时间推移,被清除。
